Role Overview:

As a VIP Account Manager, your expertise will revolve around delivering unmatched customer service to our prestigious VIP clientele. By ensuring their utmost satisfaction, you will represent the company's commitment to superior service standards and professionalism.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Cater to VIP clients through proactive outbound calls, ensuring their experiences are unparalleled.
Establish and nurture customer expectations to foster satisfaction.
Execute order placements and processes, adhering to VIP Service protocols.
Seize opportunities to introduce clients to additional products and services.
Maintain prompt follow-ups on outbound calls, cases, and quotations.
Oversee anti-fraud initiatives to safeguard both company and clientele interests.
Support clients with game-related inquiries, elucidating on game rules, strategies, and features.
Stay abreast with recent game releases, updates, and promotions, acting as a guide to clients.
Collaborate and share insights with the team, fostering an environment of collective growth and positivity.

Key Qualifications & Abilities:

Proficiency in both English and Norwegian (spoken and written).
Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales is desirable.
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to professionally address customer concerns.
Dynamic and persuasive demeanor.
Agility to navigate a fast-evolving environment, embracing new systems and terminologies.
Team-centric mindset, complemented by a proactive approach and commitment to continuous personal development.
