Responsibilities:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to expand our client base.
Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities.
Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Communicate with clients to inform them of new developments in the company's services.
Utilize various sales and marketing tools, including social media and networking, to maximize reach and efficiency.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and assist in fulfilling their staffing needs.
Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Knowledge of the recruitment industry, particularly in IT and Finance sectors, is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong networking and social media skills.
Sales or account management experience.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in person and over the phone.
Positive, outgoing personality with a proactive approach.
Ability to organize time effectively and work autonomously.
Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets.
