Our client is looking for an in-house recruiter with at least 6 months of relevant experience to join the growing department.
Responsibilities
(including but not limited to):
Participate in the full recruitment life-cycle
Assist with updating internal database, sourcing and reviewing of CVs, shortlisting, contacting potential candidates
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to create partnerships that produce results
Consult managers on the suitability of the candidates, providing solid argumentation and assuring the highest level of person-job-organization fit
Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with passive and active candidates using a variety of methods, including but not limited to job search engines, social networking, career fairs, networking events, universities, referrals
Research and develop new recruiting sources and strategies that produce diverse applicant pools and meet the needs of the business
Participate in recruitment events
Collaborate with universities and students' associations
Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment and other ad hoc reports
Requirements:
Educational background in a business-related subject
6 months - 1 year of professional recruiting experience
Experience with networking portals and headhunting
Fluency in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent
Time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Good research skills
Very good computer literacy (Outlook, MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Hours: 10am - 7pm
