We’re hiring a motivated Administrative Assistant (with Finance Focus) to join a dynamic team supporting a global engineering company. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on finance and office operations experience — plus the chance for onboarding in London.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (with Finance Focus) to support the daily operations of our Sofia office. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone with some experience in accounting or finance who is also confident managing general office tasks.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in both Bulgaria and the UK and may be invited to London for onboarding and training.
Assist with bookkeeping and financial data entry
Process supplier invoices and support accounts payable/receivable
Help with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Work alongside external accounting providers
Maintain organized records and support monthly reporting
Handle general office coordination (supplies, scheduling, documentation)
Assist with travel bookings and event planning
Support communication between the local office and UK HQ
Provide general administrative assistance to management as needed
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
Well-organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Willing to travel for initial training, if needed
Eager to learn and grow in a supportive, international environment
Gross monthly salary: BGN 3,000 – 4,000, depending on experience
Supportive international team and exposure to UK business operations
