Our client is a leader in the rapidly expanding field of online currency trading services for retail and institutional traders.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with scheduling meetings and greet guests
- Participate in meetings; produce and distribute meeting minutes
- Assist with the preparation of administrative documentation
- Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements
- Produce weekly administration and other ad hoc reports
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills, ability to multi task and prioritize
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Good research skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office package
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in office environments is considered a plus
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
