Seeking a career minded and independent individual for Business Analyst - Payment Solutions, for their FinTech company based in Sofia.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Perform business analysis and research on various payment methods.
* Act as the key liaison between business users, internal departments and vendors.
* Coordinate internal resources, stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Write business requirements for Product Development team and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
* Review, develop and streamline Operations procedures and workflows.
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* At least 1 year of proven work experience as business analyst in the payment services sector or solid business knowledge in electronic payment systems
* BA/BS degree or some college plus equivalent work experience in a related field
* Excellent negotiation and project management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
* Ability to travel when the need arises
* Fluent English
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday; 9am - 6pm
