About the Role
As a Business Analyst in the crypto sector, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning business processes with the dynamic world of exchanges and trading. Your skills in requirements analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration will shape the strategic development of our client’s cutting-edge crypto offerings.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather and translate product requirements into user stories for the technical team.

• Create comprehensive documentation, including business cases, change requests, project timelines, process guides, functional specifications, user guides, and diagrams.

• Simplify technical concepts for business users to facilitate understanding.

• Research new crypto offerings and technologies, drafting insightful proposals.

• Provide training on crypto and crypto exchange platforms to internal users.

• Support the product owner with ad hoc tasks and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the crypto industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of crypto ecosystems, platforms, and technologies.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in documentation and reporting.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven by a strong sense of ownership.

• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).

Work Environment:

• 40 hours/week: Monday to Friday.

• Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

• Location: Bulgaria (eligibility to work in Bulgaria required).
