If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Technology Operations Manager to join their growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As part of a newly established department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and scaling our client’s marketing technology strategy. You’ll oversee the daily operations of their marketing technology stack, improve workflows, and ensure seamless integration of marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Lead the day-to-day management of the marketing technology stack, ensuring optimal use of tools and platforms.
- Access Control & Licensing: Manage access to MarTech tools, ensuring proper use of licenses and collaborating with the team to vet new requests.
- Process Improvement: Drive operational efficiency by developing and implementing streamlined workflows and processes.
- Tool Evaluation & Optimization: Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new marketing technology tools that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Technical Support: Manage relationships with vendors and oversee the resolution of technical issues related to marketing platforms.
- Training & Education: Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance the team's knowledge of MarTech tools and best practices.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Data & System Health: Create comprehensive reporting systems to track performance, ROI, and data health of the marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on CRM tools.
- Email Deliverability: Oversee and manage email deliverability to ensure high inbox placement and sender reputation.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Crisis Management
- Issue Resolution: Proactively detect and address issues like system downtime, data inconsistencies, and reporting safeguard failures.
- Crisis Response: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to resolve critical incidents swiftly, even outside regular office hours.
Governance & Compliance
- Governance Documentation: Develop governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Risk Management: Oversee risk assessment processes and ensure proper documentation of identified risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology operations, marketing automation, or a related area.
- Proven expertise in managing complex MarTech stacks, including CRM and analytics tools.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in crisis management and resolving critical technical issues.
- Must be eligible to work in Bulgaria.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
