We are seeking a Client Services Assistant Manager with a proactive mindset and a dedication to excellence, ready to steer our team towards achieving outstanding results in a multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash flow projections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Review and coordinate with external service providers, gaining comprehensive knowledge of all client structures, transactions, and tax arrangements.
Ensure adherence to client reporting requirements, maintaining high standards of service and communication.
Organize and manage client meetings and deliverables, ensuring a seamless flow of information and feedback.
Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and legal professionals to facilitate local compliance and audit processes.
Acquire expertise in various reporting frameworks, including IFRS, US GAAP, INREV, and LUX GAAP, to enhance service quality.
Lead the team to meet critical deadlines for financial reporting, tax declarations, and other client and organizational deliverables.
Mentor and review the work of team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Provide backup support to accountants and oversee team engagement efficiency, optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
Engage in new business and product implementations, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile:

A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with a preference for backgrounds in Big 4 or international financial service providers.
Experience with international Real Estate or Private Equity structures is highly regarded.
Proficiency in IFRS and experience with consolidated financial statements are advantageous.
Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and various accounting software, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of working autonomously under pressure, managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Highly motivated to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment.
