Job Overview: Reporting to the CRM Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for executing our global customer engagement strategy. Key responsibilities include planning, creating, and optimizing campaigns with a strong focus on customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute CRM campaigns in alignment with the marketing calendar, content team, and product launches.
- Develop and optimize customer journey lifecycles, collaborating with core teams.
- Implement multi-channel campaigns to drive key KPIs such as Open & Click rates, % funded, % traded, and retention rates.
- Produce high-quality, timely campaigns that are personalized, innovative, and relevant through effective segmentation.
- Be an integral part of the customer engagement team, understanding the impact of your campaigns on the overall customer journey, and work with wider teams to set goals, experiment, and optimize.
- Support the team with campaign QA, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and proactively suggesting process improvements.
- Create weekly campaign reports and analyses, confidently interpreting data and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team to continuously develop and optimize campaigns using a ‘test and learn’ approach.
- Work with the Insights team to analyze behavior versus value and define ongoing retention tests.
- Manage workload and relationships with core stakeholders (e.g., Content, Legal & Compliance, Product, and Design).
- Escalate any issues with the CRM platform or communications efficiently.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by your manager.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Knowledge of trading or betting (preferred)
- Understanding of core CRM & Retention Marketing KPIs
- Experience in a start-up environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in using Braze (highly desirable)
- Passion for experimentation and dynamic content
- Strong customer focus with a solid understanding of marketing principles
- Experience with various marketing channels (e.g., email, push notifications, rich inbox)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Self-starter with initiative and proactive attitude
- Data-focused and ROI-driven
- Confident in communicating and presenting to core stakeholders across the business
- Excellent written and spoken English
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Office presence required three days a week
