We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform — including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
You’ll also manage the transition of SharePoint 2016 applications to SharePoint Online, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in the cloud.
Develop and implement business applications using Power Platform and SharePoint
Automate workflows to streamline and improve efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
Design, document, and deploy solutions across development, UAT, and production environments
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing systems and integrations
Work in an Agile environment, communicating effectively with internal teams and vendors
Report directly to the Director of Corporate Engineering, IT
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams and Power Platform
Experience with Azure, Microsoft Graph API, .NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Fx
Skilled in PowerShell, Git, and API integrations
Experience implementing role-based security in Power Platform apps
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Hybrid: 3 days in the Sofia office, 2 days remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
