Our client, a fast-growing fintech company, is looking for an experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer to lead and strengthen their automation-first testing culture. This is a key technical role where you’ll build automation frameworks from the ground up and ensure flawless product quality in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.

• Develop automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration coverage.

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to embed testing early (shift-left).

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Debug, analyze, and triage automation failures with clear reporting.

• Contribute to QA best practices and automation standards across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience, with a strong focus on automation.

• Background in fintech, banking, or financial services.

• Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks.

• Solid understanding of API and backend testing for distributed systems.

• Strong grasp of QA methodologies and test design.

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming or scripting language.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience in security and performance testing for financial systems.

• Interest in AI-powered testing tools and emerging QA technologies.

• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
