Job Details:
The Business Analyst in the crypto sector plays a vital role in integrating crypto services with other business areas, with a specific focus on exchanges and trading. Their expertise in requirements analysis, process optimization, documentation, data analysis, and stakeholder management is critical for the successful operation and strategic development of the company's crypto offerings.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Gather product requirements and translate into user stories for technical teams.

  • Prepare documentation, including but not limited to business cases, change requests, project timelines, process guides, functional specifications, user guides, and diagrams.

  • Interpret technical concepts for business users.

  • Research new crypto offerings and related technologies and draft proposals.

  • Provide crypto and crypto exchange platform training to internal users.

  • Support the product owner on ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the crypto domain.

  • Strong knowledge of crypto ecosystems, platforms, and technologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong collaborative skills for working in cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours/week – Monday to Friday.

  • Hybrid work arrangement – 3 days from the office.
