Our client is seeking a skilled Manual QA Specialist to oversee the quality assurance process for crypto services. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, detailed reporting, issue tracking, and business insight. The QA Specialist ensures that crypto services are technically robust, align with business objectives, and meet user expectations. Monitoring and signing off on bug resolutions is a crucial part of this role, safeguarding the integrity and reliability of the company's crypto offerings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance processes for crypto services.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem and platforms.

• Report and track bugs and issues with clarity and precision.

• Maintain a meticulous approach to testing.

• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Contribute to the refinement of QA processes.

• Focus on user experience and operational workflows.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards.

• Sign off on bug resolutions, ensuring all issues are resolved before deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or business analysis, preferably in the crypto or Fintech sector.

• Strong knowledge of crypto ecosystems, platforms, and technologies.

• A meticulous approach to identifying, reproducing, and documenting issues.

• Excellent collaboration skills to work with development and UX teams.

• Strong communication skills for clear and precise bug reporting.

• Understanding of user experience principles and operational workflows.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.

• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).

Working Hours:

• 40 hours/week – Monday to Friday.

• Hybrid work arrangement – 3 days from the office.

Target Candidate Profile: We are looking for a highly experienced QA professional with a deep understanding of cryptocurrency, exchanges, and blockchain. Candidates should highlight relevant domain keywords in their CV. Direct professional experience in this domain is preferred; however, candidates from other sectors with a solid grasp of core crypto concepts will also be considered.

Essential QA Skills:

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, exchanges, and blockchain concepts.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in QA technologies such as Selenium, Postman (API testing), JMeter (performance testing), or other relevant tools.

  • Knowledge of MySQL and scripting languages.

• Testing Expertise:

  • Proven ability to design and execute effective test cases.

  • Experience with bug tracking, regression testing, and defect remediation.

• Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and development teams.

  • Fluency in English at a C1 level or higher.
