MarTech Project/Delivery Manager

Our Client is actively seeking a dynamic Project/Agile Delivery Manager for our newly formed MarTech team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing Technology, this role is critical for the successful execution of our technology projects and enabling the customer engagement team through technological solutions. You will work closely with various teams to guide project timelines, manage resources, and ensure excellence in delivery. Candidates should have a strong background in project management, agile methodologies, and marketing technology, coupled with a dedication to making a significant impact.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Delivery:

  • Planning: Organize and facilitate discovery workshops to enable collaborative requirement gathering.
  • Workload Management: Oversee the prioritization of the MarTech team’s tasks to enhance project delivery.
  • Monitoring: Track progress of projects or use cases, identifying and resolving any emerging issues or risks.
  • Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Communication: Act as the main contact for project stakeholders, providing frequent updates.
  • Project Management: Assist with the introduction of new Marketing Technologies, including vendor selection and implementation phases.

Agile & Lean Practices:

  • Agile Leadership: Direct standard agile ceremonies and foster a proactive agile environment.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to agile methodologies.
  • Culture Building: Promote a culture of continuous learning in agile and lean practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in Agile roles, preferably in a technology-focused setting.
  • Agile Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle problems effectively and communicate solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Fintech and MarTech is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent skills in coordinating to meet project goals.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Office-based work for 3 days per week.
