Freelance Recruiter

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as Freelance Recruiters with an excellent earning opportunity – commission based. You can work from convenience of your home and make your own hours. If you are looking to make some extra cash during these volatile markets in your free time, catch up on your rent/bills then this opportunity is for you. You will need to have a Linkedin profile, the ability to research and excellent communication skills.
 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Actively recruit, source and screen candidates for a variety of roles
  • Communicate with candidates to inform them of steps throughout the recruiting process
  • Utilize various staffing tools and techniques including social media, industry resources and networking to identify, source and ultimately hire top talent for each open position
  • Facilitate interview process and debrief session to help parties come to agreement on candidate selection
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates, in advance of need, and maintain regular contact with potential future hires
  • Develops a good understanding of clients companies in IT and Finance sector, their industry, their culture and environment; analyzes their recruitment and talent development needs
  Requirements: 
  • Solid experience in recruitment as internal specialist or consultant in IT / Financial Sector 
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry specific labor market trends and perspectives
  • Excellent written and spoken English (second language is an advantage)
  • Advanced computer technical skills, Internet proficient user, strong social networker
  • Sales or account management experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in person and on the phone
  • Positive, open and extrovert personality
  • Knowledge of the Bulgarian HR consultancy market, business and main companies in IT sector in Bulgaria is an advantage
  • Ability to organize own time and work with a high level of initiative and effectiveness
  • Ability to work productively in high-volume environment
  • Result orientated, with desire to achieve goals
