Our client is a leader in the rapidly expanding field of online currency trading services for retail and institutional traders. The firm operates out of New York, Plano, San Francisco, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Sydney.
We are seeking career minded and independent individuals for an entry level full-time position of  Operations Associate at Back- Office Operations - Sofia, Bulgaria. Prior banking/customer service experience and a college degree in a related field are preferred.

Hours: 40 hours/week. Monday to Friday

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform back office operations, activate accounts, process transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits), and post deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks)
  • Perform customer service functions and correspond with clients (via phone, live person chat, emails) while providing a one-call resolution for client issues
  • Liaise directly with Sales team in other locations
  • Translate business, financial, operational related documents
Other job-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Experience & Skills:
  • Must be fluent in English and French (reading, writing, and professional conversation) 
  • All candidates must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient user in Excel
  • Must have prior customer service or financial services experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • All candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality, determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
  • Must be a team player
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in a related field (preferably Finance, Business Management) 
  • 2 years of work experience in a related field would be a plus
