Our Client, a leading law firm operating in Sofia, is seeking a part time Personal Assistant to the senior management.
Main responsibilities:
• Assist and support the senior management
• Maintain executive and company confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Keeping records up to date
• Typing up legal documents
• Answering the phone
• Organizing diaries
• Preparing court forms
• Attending court
• Performing legal research
• Making appointments with clients
• Coordinate calendars, people, tasks and projects
• Book hotel rooms and restaurant reservations
• Attend various meetings and produce timely minutes, as required
• Maintain cleanliness and order of executive offices, team supplies, and shared resources
• Professional and positive communication to both external partners and fellow associates
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA
• Extrovert personality
• Fluent English
• Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Internet, working with office equipment, etc.
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Professional and hardworking attitude
• Ability and flexibility to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Respects confidentiality of information
• Excellent communication skills
Advantageous but not an essential:
• German/French language
• Ability to travel
