Customer Service Representative w/ German SS

Our client is a worldwide leader in Customer Experience Management and shared services for international markets.
For one of their project on which they currently working now - company which provides business customers a broad assortment of products, expanded business services and easy ways to shop – in stores, online via mobile or through social apps. 

Now they are seeking for a experienced Customer Service Representative.  
Together with your colleagues you will be ensuring an adequate response time while delivering high quality service to medium and large companies via email. You will be supporting their clients before, during and after purchase, including order entry, requests and order analysis, error checks and identifying problems and assisting clients with concerns regarding payment transactions, shipping and products.

Activities:
Part of your daily activities will be:
  • Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions
  • Assisting and providing clients with information regarding payments, shipping and products
  • Performing order entry and analysis
  • Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments
Your Profile:
  • Fluent in German and good level of English
  • Eligible to work in the EU
  • Exemplary communication and listening skills
  • Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently
  • Positive mind set
  • Experience in telephone customer support (preferred)
  • Good at customer management via phone and email
