Our client is an integrated aircraft leasing & charter operator, aircraft management and operating lease solutions to clients in fast-growing emerging markets.


• To obtain over flight, SLOTS and landing permissions.
• Acquisition, analyses and presentation of METEO, NOTAM, weights, limitations and other important information and preparation of Operation Flight Plan for every flight and provide information to pilots, on daily basis
• Filing ATC Flight Plan and changes (DLA, CNL, CHG messages)
• Planning special flight planning procedures if required: planning with re-dispatch, with en-route alternate, ETOPS, MNPS, etc
• Crew briefing preparation,
• To keep the Crew scheduling and OCC sheet up-to-date with actual and planned data and to know the approximate position of all airplanes, they’re estimated time en-route and the estimated time of arrival at destination.
• To ensure that any pertinent information is relayed to the commander so that he will be able to conduct this flight assignment as efficiently as possible.
• To maintain close contact with the maintenance department and relay any vital information on the flight progress and the technical status of each individual airplane.
• To re-plan and re-evaluate the traffic program and flight progress with regard to airplanes and flight crew in the event of disturbances in the airplane flight schedule(s). This should be done in the safest and most economical and practical way.
• To transmit, at the earliest convenience, all relevant changes in airplane and crew disposition to operations–, maintenance– and handling agents.
• To check that the respective handling agent transmits a delay message to all stations concerned whenever a delay occurs or, whenever he deems it necessary, to transmit his own delay message to all stations concerned.
• To inform the commander and suggest suitable alternates, whenever the weather at a destination deteriorates or the aerodrome closes for technical reasons.
• To alert the stations concerned and if possible secure accommodation for passengers and crew, transportation, food, etc., whenever a flight advises of a diversion, technical or otherwise.
• To re-schedule crewmembers in case of delays, illness or other irregularities or call them out at short notice from standby duty.
• To calculate actual crew duty hours and rest hours, for schedule changes in daily operation in accordance with the rules shown in FOM section 7.
• To be responsible for the notification of personnel according to the alarm notification list in case of an emergency or accident.
• Implement company policy of fuel tankering in flight planning
• Route studies and trip cost estimate preparation for commercial department and management.
• Responsible for ensuring that all documents, manuals, certifications and approvals held locally are current, up to date, valid and ready for inspection.
• Any other tasks assigned by management (Line Manager or Senior Management)
