Our client is in the aviation industry. They are gradually expanding the fleet of narrowbody aircraft as well as their presence in the emerging markets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


    To research resources available and analyze competitors and market awareness. Analyze competitor offerings to ensure the range of services continues to offer good value for clients. To make suggestions to the MD and Commercial Director when any new opportunities for service enhancement are identified
    To work alongside the MD and Commercial Director in the management of direct marketing, including regular email shots to the prospect database
    To keep the content of the Company’s website up to date and relevant
    To identify and manage a social media strategy for the Company
    To work with the MD and Commercial Director  to identify PR opportunities and to
action those deemed valuable for the Company’s brand and reputational development
    Solicit external clients to maximize sales revenue and ensure achievement of agreed sales targets set by the company. Implement sales strategies to increase business volume.
    To identify, develop and build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that all
sales opportunities entered in to CRM system and are acted upon.
    Efficiently manage customers request process: from initial request, prepare the quote, LOI, contract negotiation, payment collection, flight monitoring and issuance of the post flight reports or ACMI reconciliations at the end of the month / term.
    Liaise with other departments e.g. Operations, Finance, Aircraft Management, Crewing
etc. to ensure it is delivered in most efficient manner to meet customer satisfaction.
    Manage and maintain sales leads generated by inside sales, marketing efforts and new business developments.
    Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities.
    Generate portfolio of clients.
    Respond to inbound telephone calls, assess client requirements and provide comprehensive solutions.
    Foster and develop relationships with customers to promote goodwill and generate new
business.
    Represent the company in a professional manner at trade shows & industry/marketing events.
 
 
 
Qualifications:
 
          Essential – Relevant Bachelor’s degree
          Sales experience, including 3 to 5 years as a marketing and/or sales executive.
          Preferably with Aviation background
          Experience in the aviation, flight operations industry in a management role is a must
