  • Write financial marketing content to support campaigns and tactical marketing opportunities;
  • Write investment content into engaging, easy-to-understand messages;
  • Participate in customer/adviser insight and research initiatives to more effectively appreciate their understanding of communications;
  • Adapt communications to meet outcomes of such research initiatives;
  • Keep up to date on industry trends;
  • Generate new copy for a range of financial services topics, working across channels, including but not limited to direct mail, email, and other digital media;
  • Create compelling customer communication concepts and ideas which are on brief and supported by creative content;
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail, work independently but also as a team, and prioritize effectively against deadlines;
  • Deliver high quality written content;

The profile of the successful candidate:
  • Fluent level of English;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Journalism or Marketing;
  • Proven experience with digital, social, and interactive media;
  • Strong writing, grammatical, and communication skills;
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Willing to put in the time required to succeed;
  • Understanding of market research methodology;
  • Understanding of financial consumer trends and products;
  • Positive and professional attitude;
