Bus Driver Positions

What We Do: Join the largest coach company in the Netherlands! Our team of 400 dedicated professionals provides transportation for major events like the Dutch Grand Prix, Lowlands, DefQon 1, and more. We offer diverse assignments across various cities in the Netherlands, with potential for international routes for experienced candidates. Initially, all candidates will start with driving line buses.

Profile: We are seeking friendly, customer-oriented, and professional bus drivers who are committed to safety and quality service.

Requirements:

• Driver’s license D.
• Valid Code 95 (mandatory to start; candidates should obtain it in their country of origin if not already possessed).
• Pass a driving test upon arrival (candidates with recent experience should find this straightforward).
• English proficiency: B1/B2 level (A1 is acceptable for predominantly night shifts).
• EU nationality/citizenship or a valid work permit.
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience in the last 2 years.

Tasks:

• Conduct pre-trip inspections (oil, coolant, damage).
• Record mileage daily.
• Review and prepare for route changes or delays.
• Drive customers safely along designated routes.
• Refuel and maintain the bus.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary scale based on experience (€15,46 to €16,65 per hour).
• Monthly payment with a net salary between €2600 and €3000.
• Travel allowance of €0,19 per kilometre.

Additional Costs:

• Car rental option (€75 per week).

We are excited to welcome 30 new drivers each month for this extensive project. The role offers a flexible contract with a minimum commitment of 6 months, designed for long-term engagement.
