Financial Client Service Specialist (German&English)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Financial Client Service Specialist (German) to become an integral part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing their accounts, overseeing transactions, and efficiently addressing any inquiries they may have. This position is pivotal in directly engaging with our international clientele to comprehend their financial objectives and deliver solutions that align with their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer support by promptly and professionally resolving client inquiries and issues.
Guide clients through the process of opening and managing their accounts, including transaction handling.
Educate clients about a range of financial products and services we offer, such as Equities, Digital Currencies, Commodities, Market Indices, and Foreign Exchange.
Provide assistance in navigating our trading platforms and online client portals.
Adhere to all regulatory standards and internal policies during client interactions.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in customer service or financial services is preferred, but not mandatory.
In-depth understanding of financial products including Equities, Market Indices, Cryptocurrencies, and Commodities.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.

Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Keen attention to detail.
Effective multitasking skills while maintaining high accuracy.

In the role of Financial Service Representative (German), you will be instrumental in fostering lasting relationships with our clients. Your expertise will empower them to confidently navigate their trading journeys, ensuring a satisfying experience from start to finish.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm. Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Bulgaria.
