FX/CFD Dealer

Our client is expanding thier Dealing department and are seeking entry level enthusiastic individuals for full time positions on all shifts. They are inviting candidates who wish to launch a career in the FX/CFD industry and have passion for the FX/CFD markets to join our fast-growing company as we continue our expansion.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Engage in the facilitation of the trading process to ensure end users are provided the practices and services that epitomize all aspects of Best Execution across the spectrum of instruments offered. 
  • Learn and eventually take ownership of various daily/weekly/monthly reporting processes 
  • Utilize internal systems to ensure accurate Market Openings/Closings and continuity of pricing & execution of client orders
  • Perform daily audits of trading activity to isolate and report any market abuse
  • Liaise with Sales/Operations/Production Support to investigate/address various trading-related issues, in a timely manner
  • Actively monitor firm exposure across individual instruments and overall. The risk management of this exposure will involve trading in Spot and Futures markets to mitigate any adverse P/L to the company while keeping the desk compliant with any internal/external risk and capital limits that are in place
  • Ensure that the company is compliant with rules and regulations set forth by the governing bodies that oversee the business space the company operates within

Requirements

  • Be computer literate (Excel a must, VBA a plus), possess excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Candidate should possess a passion for and be a student of Financial Markets with an awareness of developments as they happen and an understanding of the implications of these events.  This awareness is not limited to working hours
  • Must be willing to work 1st Asian, 2nd European, or 3rd American shifts
  • Must demonstrate excellent math skills and a familiarity with statistical concept such as VAR
  • Be a team player that is well organized, detailed oriented and possesses the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and handle a variety of projects concurrently in a fast-paced business environment with minimal supervision
  • Able to learn new topics and procedures as well as add value to the status quo
  • Experience with Bloomberg, SQL, Python, Q is a plus

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday.
